Lil Wayne and his entourage are facing their second assault charge in the space of a month.
The Young Money rapper was at his favorite game which is skateboarding along with his friends, when a fan asked to take a photo of him. More details below............
After Weezy refused, the sneaky fan headed to his car to try to take a snapshot without the rapper noticing, and that’s when all hell broke loose.
Wayne allegedly walked over with his crew and threatened Alfredo Marino, saying:
"Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?"Marino has claimed that the altercation led to him being clocked over the head with a skateboard.
Craig Chisvin, Marino’s lawyer spoke to TMZ about the incident:
"My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer."In April, a photographer filed a police report claiming he was attacked by Lil Wayne and his skater crew when they spat in his face and pushed him down to the ground.
This is my thing, Fans build/makes celebrities who they are and if a fan asked for one simple photo, they should be able to do that for a loyal fan. Don't you agree?
