Shaunie O'Neal Turning 'Basketball Wives' Into A Movie, Plus She Will Be Working With Tracey Edmonds!

Shaunie O'Neal is reportedly in talks to turn the hit reality show "Basketball Wives" into a movie.
The producer of VH1's popular show is said to have enlisted Jumping The Broom creator Tracey Edmonds to help make the bitchiness, fights and high-powered drama light up the silver screen. After pitching a concept to several studios, Fox Searchlight have reportedly picked up the idea and the ladies are now working with writer Elizabeth Hunter to piece the script together.
"The beauty of a feature film is that we’ll have the ability to dig much deeper into the stories and characters that come from this very colorful world and create a very juicy, action-packed narrative," Tracey told Variety magazine.
Surely a feature length movie defeats the purpose of "reality?" Will BW work on a big screen?
