The black and white video features Trey and Kelly frolicking and kissing like a classic teenage love affair.
Trey sings about how sometimes love can give you a "Heart Attack," and from the looks of this sneak peek video, Kelly seems to be making Trey's heart rate go up by the second.
"Heart Attack" is set to premiere on BET's 106 & Park this Friday, May 4.
