Rihanna rocks out on the streets of Soho in Manhattan does not give a damn if her twins are out for the ride!

The "Where Have You Been" singer was spotted out yesterday as she walked the streets of New York City, while giving a small glimpse of her nipples. Rih, along with her bestie Melissa, enjoyed a little window shopping in Soho before heading back to her hotel. And paparazzi definitely took notice as she flaunted a lace American Apparel bralette, with a pair of converse and her favorite little black Celine bag. Check out the photos below:







Although there has been rumored reports of Rihanna’s label urging her to go to rehab, she’s currently spending more time in New York so that she can be closer to her grandmother Dolly, who is sick with Cancer. Awww.
