In a recent interview with Esquire magazine, Rih talks about how shocked she was by the backlash she received.

“I thought people were gonna be surprised that we finally did a record together, but I didn’t see how people could think it was a bad thing, you know?” Rihanna said. “In my mind, it was just music.”

Rihanna also opened up about ditching her wild ways and settle down one day with one man.

“Hopefully I’ll have a man by then,” she said. “I’ve gotta start there, right? But how far I go [with my career] is God’s plan. I’m just following through my destiny. I don’t think it ever ends. It just evolves.”

Rih was spotted over the Memorial Day weekend getting close to her old flame Drake. The outing fueled speculations that she might be rekindling her relationship with the Canadian rapper.
