Just when Evelyn Lozada & un-employed Chad Johnson thought things couldn't get any worst!.... According to reports, there will be a lawsuit filed against the former couple, if they fail to complete their contract they have with the government of St. Maarten.

The former Miami Dolphins wide receiver and "Basketball wives" star signed a contract with the government of St. Maarten and was paid approximately $90,000 for their wedding which was held on St. Maarten on July 4th, 2012 at a private setting.
The government officials signed the contract with the couple in which they agreed to have their wedding aired on VH1 in the US. If the wedding was aired as agreed upon then St. Maarten would have received more publicity that would further boost the island’s tourism economy.
