Chris Brown has officially released his Carpe Diem tour dates which kicks off on November 17. The world tour comes in light of his 'Fortune' album jumping to No.1 on the music charts in both the U.S and U.K.
And despite the 24 year-old singer failing a drug test in Virginia while fulfilling his community service duties. Breezy was giving the okay by a Judge to travel.
