Chris Brown Talks About His 'Battered Woman Face' Neck Tattoo & Says It's Not Rihanna!

A week ago, Chris Brown showed off his newest tattoo on the red carpet while partying at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on September 1st.
Many fans speculated that the "Fortune" singer's somewhat disturbing tattoo on his neck of a battered woman's face was Rihanna. Now, Breezy is addressing the neck tat. More details below...........
While folks thought the image was of Rih's 2009 battered picture that leaked a day after their altercation-- source's close to Chris' told TMZ, that any similarities the tattoo has with the Bajan songstress face are purely coincidental and it's just a "random woman".

Its a sugar skull for Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday. A lot of people get those tattoos not only for the holiday, but the art.
