46 year-old, Bronx native, Stacey Dash is making headlines with her Mitt Romney endorsement, and receiving a lot of heat for it. While trying to transition into a music superstar, (please don't).

Ms. Dash made her big debut in Emcee N.I.C.E & Blake Smith's new music video called, "Life of the Party," which was directed by Kelly Schwarze and edited by John "JP" Franco.

And the Egyptian wanna-be goddess had this to say about working with the rapper's:
"It has been an honor to be part of and work with Emcee N.I.C.E. and Blake Smith. You all gave me the most amazing experience!"
N.I.C.E had this to say:
"Working with Stacey Dash was a pleasant and memorable experience. She was very quick, professional, and delivered better than 85% of the singers out there and I look forward to working on her debut album in the future."

Over the weekend, the former Vh1's "Single Ladies" star sent out a Tweet saying, "You’re an unemployed black woman endorsing Mitt Romney. You’re voting against yourself thrice, you poor beautiful idiot." And soon-after she received a ton of backlash with some support from Romney's team.

Now, last night Stacey dropped by CNN to address why she is voting for the republican while admitting that she was a Democrat who supported President Barack Obama and why the sudden change with the segment's host Pier Morgan.

Plus, actress Whoopi Goldberg is defending the actress, where she and co-host Barbara Walters found themselves arguing about the Dash issue.

On Wednesday's "The View," Goldberg said that the responses were "vicious" and "horrible." She defended Dash's right to have her own opinion.
"She's entitled — and she's a nice girl... this isn't someone who went out and killed somebody. What the hell you people sending her crap like this for?!"
Walter's then responded:
"The reason she is being attacked is because she is black and the feeling is black people should not be voting for Romney."
Whoopi responded.
"She is being attacked because she has a different view from other people," Goldberg argued. "And I think you don't like somebody's views, that's okay, but to hand somebody death threats because — it's the same thing with Bristol Palin -- what the hell! What's wrong with us that this is what we do?!"
"I got my behind handed to me when Mr. Romney was here... when I thought he was more the guy I thought was interesting," Goldberg recalled. "You would've thought I pooped on the front lawn of the White House."
