Yesterday evening, rapper Kanye West was spotted out and about with his famous reality star chick Kim Kardashian, shopping it up in the city of love Rome. Before their romantic dinner date. Check out the pics below:

The twosome checked out a few designer pieces at the high-end boutique. And lets just hope Mr. West wasn't picking out items he liked, because Kim's face expression was just saying too much.
