Last night, rapper Meek Mill and Cassidy were both locked in a heated Twitter beef over a simple rap battle, after reports emerged last week that Meek was scared to battle rival Cassidy.

Here's what Meek had to say:

"From now on I'm not letting these ni**as talk about sh*t in they raps they not about... I'm a start exposing y'll weirdos lol

Peanut live buzzing more than u ni**as....I'm done

Why ni**as tryna pump Cassidy 2 battle I said I wanted him and Mook 2 battle.... a battle I wanted 2 c... he gotta get poppin first 2 battle me!

Get ya shots off now tomar ima drop some new shit and we gona forget about ya again.

Truthfully... I wanted to battle the underground ni**as to bring more light to they sh*t cause I love what they doing....cass just thirsty.

Cassidy then replied to Meek's twitter rant with:

"I been popping for over a decade! 

Ni**as get 1 year in and get carried away.. I paved the way for these dudes..

Ni**as is scared! That would be the easiest 100k I ever made in my life..
