Since rapper Lil Wayne called off his engagement to ex-Fiance Dhea a couple months ago. The chick has allegedly gone under the knife, according to MTO.
Dhea was recently spotted at Weezy's Indoor Skate Park in Los Angeles, with a new pair of butt silicone's. Check out the pic below:
Maybe she was rocking a butt pad? It's kind of a trendy thing amongst people in the spotlight. Example: Pippa Middleton!
