Last night, BET aired their much anticipated "Black Girls Rock 2012" Awards Show which was held at the Paradise Theater in New York City. Where female artists like Brandy, Alicia Keys, Ciara, Missy Elliot, India Arie, Keyshia Cole, Janelle Monae and more bringing the house down with their crazy performances. Along with this year's BGR including men such as Idris Alba, Anthony Hamilton, Eric Benet, Luke James, and more in their lineup.
