24 year-old Rihanna graces the new November/December 2012 issue of Billboard Magazine, where her tagline is "The World Is Hers." And guess what, Rih is actually covered up too.
The new issue of Billboard Mag celebrates the songstress' 8.7 million album sold, 58 million tracks, being the most liked celeb on Facebook, six Grammy's, and with her 11 hot 100 No.1's. Also, Keyshia Cole gets a spread in the Mag where she talked about her recent comeback.
