Earlier today, 31 year-old controversial rapper Joe Budden allegedly leaked a photo of his naked birthday suit on Twitter-- that had everyone buzzing on whether he did infact leaked the photo.

Now, the "Love & Hip Hop: NY" new reality star is responding to the leaked pic that went viral, after getting into a Twitter feud with a female fan just moments ago:

"#1. That picture is altered. #.2 I have no issue leaking my own d*ck, lol #3. 2 the men commenting, who raised u ni**as? and the day my d*ck is released to the public….it certainly wouldn’t be SOFT dick.. Lets use our brains here, lol.

I get that it’s the new wave to say u hate Joe Budden… but really ?? I’ve beat off in front of enough women to take this 2 trial. Lol.

One things for sure tho…. I’m getting famous again."

He then released this statement saying:

"I have always been very honest and transparent with my fans. I have been fearless in everything I do. I stand behind ALL of my actions. So, seeing the post today was just as much as a surprise to me as it was to everyone else. So, to put the rumors to rest, that is not me, JOE BUDDEN. I'm willing to put any of my exes (not the angry ones of course, I digress) on the stand to prove this. Even though, we all know that the pic wasn't altered because Budden is known for posting explicit photos of his on-again-off-again girlfriend Tahiry (who's also a cast on Love & Hip Hop: NY" and others, here's what he told that female fan during a brief Twitter spaz:

"I wouldn’t f*ck you with my finger nail, your thoughts matter none"
