Chief Keef Sued For Child Support By An 8th Grader!

Chicago rapper Chief Keef, who is currently on lock down inside a youth center for 2 months since last Thursday evening for violating his parole by being at a gun range last summer, is now being sued for child support after he allegedly impregnated a girl who's still in the 8th grade.
The baby mama, Kay Kay, filed the docs for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef--real name Keith Cozart-- fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011. And according to the docs, she currently attends Chicago middle school which means she could have been in the 6th grade when she conceived.
She is also suing Keef for an undisclosed amount, including health insurance and other medical expenses.
The 17 year-old rapper could be facing "Criminal Sexual Abuse" charges for sleeping with a minor because in the state of Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two under age teens to have sex...even if they're in a consensual relationship.
Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail...and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years. Also, he could face a judge if the girl's parents decides to press charges.
We also reported last year that he was served by his baby mama for failing to pay child support, so this definitely nothing new to the Chi-Town recording artist.
