Last night, pregnant Kim Kardashian was spotted out with her baby daddy, Kanye West, doing some late night shopping at Balenciaga Boutique in Paris. Then later goes on a hand-in-hand tour of the City of Light and romance. Check out the pics below:














And after dropping some serious cash on the designer bags and shoes, the pregnant reality star (who's stomach was starting to pop out as she walked in a small white dress) and her boyfriend went for a romantic stroll in the city:
