Just moments ago, Pop Diva Beyonce, who has been rehearsing and somewhat nervous about performing in front of the President, was spotted arriving at the 2013 inauguration event with her hubby Jay-Z. Along with a few other celeb spotting, Marlon Wayans and Omar Epps.
