R&B singer Usher Raymond had the time of his life along with President Barack Obama at the inauguration ball on Monday night, as sources say the President and Usher lead a conga line into a "Gangnam Style" dance-off with one party-goer saying, "Pick any party you've ever been to, this was a thousand times better."

According to another source, the private event continued past 3 a.m. inside the East Room filled with Obama's closest friends and supporters, and was quickly turned into a dance-off involving Usher and Janelle Monae with the POTUS showing off his amazing Michael Jackson moves.

And with DJ Cassidy taking over the turn-tables, he then later changed tracks playing Beyonce's "Single Ladies" which had all the women dancing--led by First Lady Michelle Obama. The only party poopers weren't dancing were Bill Clinton, Timothy Geithner and John Kerry.

Plus, Gayle KingAl Sharpton, Alicia Keys and her hubby Swizz Beatz were amongst the many celebs in attendance-- with performances from Eric Benet and impromptu performances from Katy Perry, Jennifer Hudson and Alicia (who sang the "Empire State of Mind" live).
