IT'S NOT OVER: Drake & Chris SUING Each Other Over Nightclub Brawl! [Graphic Image Inside]

IT'S NOT OVER!! Chris Brown and Drake have both decided to sue each other over the W.I.P nightclub brawl that happen last June in New York City.

 According to the legal docs- obtained by TMZ-- both Breezy and Drizzy are pointing a guilty finger at each other, and asking the judge to pin the blame on the other. They each claim they were not responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages in the event Romain wins the suit.

Rewind.... A guy named Romain Julien-- a French model-- filed a suit against Brown, Drake and the club for the injuries he claims he suffered during the bottle-throwing fight.



It's the first time the two artists -both of whom been linked to Rihanna- have gone after each other in court.


Chris, who later attacked the media for entertaining the feud, was also injured in the brawl including his bodyguard and few other party-goers. Plus, Chris' nappy headed friend was also blamed for causing the fight including talks about Meek Mill being involved.

 Random:

 DMX was arrested this week for driving with a suspended license.

 Rapper Jim Jones was arrested in New Jersey yesterday for verbally attacking a police officer.
