"Love & Hip Hop: NY" Mendeecees Harris CHARGED With "Aggravated Sexual Assault Against A Minor!

"Love & Hip Hop: NY" Yandy Smith's baby daddy/music producer Mendeecees Harris is currently behind bars for aggravated sexual assault against a minor.

 Harris, who made his first official appearance on the VH1 hit show this season, is also on trial for molestation charges and various other sexual assault charges against his former "Stepdaughter," and faces the following charges:
1). 10-2434 01/30/2013 IND INDICTMENT SUPERIOR COURT F.
2). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:34-1B(2) PROMOTING PROSTITUTION
3). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:14-3B CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONTACT F
4). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:14-2A(2) AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT 
5). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:14-2C(3)(C) SEX ASLT/BY FOSTER PARENT / GARDIAN VIC 16/18 YRS OLD 
6). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:24-4A ENDANGER WELFARE OF CHILDREN 
7). 10-2434 01/30/2013 2C:14-2C(4) SEXUAL ASSAULT
According to the "Section 22.021, Penal Code," after all his pending court charges OR plea deals are over and possible time served in prison, the Harlem producer will have to register as a sex offender for LIFE!

      I do feel sorry for yandy....but the alleged victim was 15 in 2009 and waited til now. In my opinion I think his ex is behind it and making her lie cuz him and yandy doing so good..... just my thoughts

    these allegations and court dates have been going on for at least a year. she still choose to deal with man and have a baby with him? Nothing to feel sorry about. She did this eyes wide open

    He did it! They might look grown and tasty to you but guys leave these young girls alone ESPECIALLY if you're dating their mother! It's not worth it! I personally know a man that has done this and the young girl got pregnant but there weren't charges brought. Now his dumb a$$ was caught AGAIN with a different woman and her daughter but he was jailed this time! Leave them alone!
