Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Miscarriage Scare, Says She's Doing Fine!

Earlier this week, 32 year-old Kim Kardashian was rushed to a hospital after experiencing a miscarriage scare on a flight from Paris to Los Angeles, with close friends (including Kim) reporting that she's fine.
According to an insider, "Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed. She was then rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
Luckily it was just a false alarm.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" reality star, who would be devastated if she should ever lose Kanye West's seed, took to Twitter yesterday to update fans about her current health, saying:
"Thanks for all the well wishes. I'm doing Fine! Just resting....have a good weekend. Love you guys."
