She’s not pregnant!”Apparently, Rihanna has been battling sickness for a while after coming down with a cold and laryngitis.

I heard it was a drug overdose. So I guess saying she was 'sick' is legitimate in a roundabout way. I'm sure nothing will make you sicker than OD'ing.
