According to TMZ, the Amanda Bynes case is falling apart. Cops have absolutely no evidence that she was in possession of marijuana. An NYPD official told TMZ that police officers on the scene report seeing Amanda throw what they believe to be drug paraphernalia out of the window however nothing was recovered at the scene. According to several lawyers it will be extremely difficult to convict Amanda on reckless endangerment without physical evidence.
