Jennifer Hudson SIGNS ON As First 'American Idol' Judge For Season 13!

As an Academy Award Winner and previous contestant on "American Idol", Jennifer Hudson has stepped in as the first confirmed judge for season 13 of the show!
In addition to no longer having the original judges, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj on the show, the producers of American Idol also decided to have a three-member panel instead of four.
Some reports say that producers are looking at other past contestants of the show as possible candidates for the remaining judge positions.
