The governor of New York, Cuomo, is reportedly unhappy with the reality star studded couple due to their alleged improper use of the Department of Agriculture's trademark on one of the shirts in their Rich Soil clothing line.
An attorney for the Department of Agriculture sent a letter to the company stating, “The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark."
The letter also demanded that Rich Soil stop the sale and advertising of any clothing with the logo in question and provide records of how much they profited from the merchandise.
