Kim Kardashian Will NOT Be The New Spokesperson For Weight Watchers & Weight Watchers Respond! + Kanye West Turns 36!

With all the weight she has gained since her pregnancy, many people thought reality star Kim Kardashian would have been the new spokesperson for 'Weight Watchers' after she gives birth next month.
Well, that's NOT going to happen as Weight Watchers are now saying the Kardashian does not fit well into their brand and has a bad rap-sheet. And although she's just as famous as, actress/singer Jessica Simpson and 'American Idol'/Grammy-Award winning actress/singer Jennifer Hudson (both of whom landed contracts with the mega diet brand), the 32 year-old seems to be missing something.
An insider tells the Huffington Post that Kim was hoping to snag a deal with the weight loss brand after giving birth:
“Kim would love to get a paid gig like Jessica, but so far no one is interested...And Kardashian herself has made no secret of her discomfort with her pregnancy weight gain...wear for skimpy designer clothes, and...she's “in tears” over her expanding body..."And because the fashionista wanted to stay in the latest trends while she's pregnant, another source adds:
"By not embracing her new curves she sent a negative message to women, and the urgency to return to her pre-pregnancy body may be a turn-off to companies."Now, here's what Weight Watchers Chief of Marketing Officer, Cheryl Callan had to say:
“We have passed on a number of people who were shopping themselves around. That’s not the sort of person we want to work with.”
...“Our celebrities have appeal across the spectrum of dieters”...
Ouch!...Also, Kim currently has shady ties with QuickTrim and a lawsuit that states, "the kardashians' marketing promises were false, misleading, and unsubstantiated."
Well, that's not exactly what health brands such as Weight Watchers are trying to promote.

Before the botox/fillers, nips and tucks, I thought Kim was a pretty girl, but now she just looks plastic in the face. Why would Weight Watchers pay her to front, when I'm willing to bet that she'll opt for more surgery to get her old body back? Thumbs up to Weight Watchers.

ReplyDeleteThe fact is,she does not appeal to the majority of america...we see right through her bullshyt. and there are only a small fraction of idiots that will s--k up everything that comes out of this attention wh*res mouth.
Time and time again, Kim is forced to be reminded that in comparison to celebrities who have actually done something more than get naked or lay up on their back to make it, she will never be on their level or respected in the same regard. WW shot her all the way down and essentially insulted her in the process. It's blatantly obvious they didn't want to have anything at all to do with her because they didn't think she was worthy of their brand. I salute them for standing true to their beliefs.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone actually believe Kim is going to lose the baby weight naturally? I absolutely do not, especially if she's having a C-section as rumored. Kim is and has always been all about doing things the easy way. Pressured by her incessant need to look good and her vanity, she won't be able to allow herself the required amount of time to do it the natural way.
Kim looks like she's given up and Kanye is still controversial lol... Happy B-day Kanye!

Kim has been on the decline since the divorce, this pregnancy would have been a way for her increase her popularity instead she showed just how vain she is. She might get a weight loss deal but I'll be surprised if she does.
