So... Kanye West Had A Birthday Dinner Without Kim Kardashian?...Celebrates B-day With Beyonce, Jay-Z & Nas! [PHOTOS]

Maybe pregnant Kim Kardashian's invite got lost in the mail or she's not feeling well and wasn't able to travel?...I'm just saying!
Anyhow, last night "Clique" rapper Kanye West celebrated his 36th birthday without his baby mama, Kim. The rapper had an intimate birthday dinner in New York City with a few of his closest colleagues including his best rapper/singer friends Jay-Z, Beyonce and Nas.

And in the midst of 31 year-old Beyonce's rumored pregnancy, the singer, who has denied the rumors, rocked a long-sleeve blouse (showing off her stomach area) and a matching skirt with orange heels.
Plus, next year around this same time, the "Yeezus" rapper will be celebrating his (37th) birthday with a baby girl and his baby mama. Well, who knows.... they might tie-the-knot in the process too.
