"Love & Hip Hop: NY" reality star Yandy Smith is the new cover girl for Delux Magazine's August/September 2013 issue.

While taking breaks between the photo-shoot, the reality star and business woman sat down with Delux for an interview dishing about her brand.

“They’re into: who you’re with, what you’re doing with the person you’re with, what club you’re going to, who’s fighting with who… that’s the kind of stuff they’re interested in,” rattles off Yandy Smith with a distinct New York cadence and accent. 

But that’s not what the Harlem native is about. Yes, she’s the star of the top-rated and much blogged about Love & Hip Hop, so she’s enthralled in ever-present antics. But any drama you get from Yandy is “going to be infused with some work and some business stuff because I’m more about that than anything else,” she says. “If they could get all of who you’re fighting and who you’re sleeping with, that’s what [the producers] would do. That’s what they would show. But you’re not going to get much of that with me.”

In the offseason—and even when the cameras are rolling—Yandy is well aware of how her actions will affect the empire she’s building. So what you will get from the mini-mogul is a mother, mentor, and self-described “businesswoman” dedicated to expanding “the Yandy brand."

And today (July 23), Smith officially launched her brand new lifestyle website at YandySmith.com. She says the site is a multi-dimensional community for fans focused around fashion, fitness, beauty, pop culture, family life and everything in between.

The site offers accessible insight and wisdom, and engage women with giveaways, contests and user-generated content. Users will get Yandy's celebrity tricks and tips on hair and makeup, tips on "the look for less," and get a glimpse into Yandy's fit and exciting life as a mom, celebrity and friend. They will also find out how Yandy's secrets to bouncing back so quickly after having a baby. 

"I'm excited to share YandySmith.com with the world! My life is so full between being a Mom and businesswoman, it will be great to share my life outside of Love & Hip Hop on the site," Yandy said.
