Drake And The Game Pay For Funeral Expenses For 5 Kids Who Died In Ohio Fire + Drizzy Kicking Off A 5 Borough Tour!
September 18, 2013UnknownWhile Ohio woman, Anna Angel, was working her shift at Burger King, a fire suddenly broke out in her home and killed her five young children along with her boyfriend.
After hearing about the tragic incident, The Game and Drake offered to pay for the funeral expenses of the 5 children that were killed in the fire. According to TMZ, when the two rappers heard of the incident they both offered to donate $10,000 a piece.
“I can deal with a lot of things but people losing their children is something that kills me every time.”
“I was on the phone with Drake when I read about the woman’s loss and we each agreed to donate $10,000 to help Anna cover the burial costs.”Drake also replied to the Game's comments saying:
“What [The Game] is doing will never be forgotten. Honored to be able to help people along side my brother.”Along with the $10,000 a piece, the producer of the Game's TV show "Marrying The Game" added in $2,500 for the funeral expenses.
It's always a good thing when someone helps people going through hard times, but do you think these rappers are giving from the heart or for publicity?
