Shape Magazine has released a few more excerpts from Kelly Rowland's October 2013 magazine spread.

During her sit down with the magazine, 32-year-old Rowland revealed that she waited 10 years to get a boob job all because of Beyonce's mother, Tina Knowles' motherly advice.

Here's what Kelly, who did her first plastic surgery at age 28, had to say:

"I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyonce's mom told me to really think about it first. I took their advice and waited 10 years."

She added:

"Once I felt ready, I tried on padded bras and walked around in them to see how it would feel. You have to know what you're getting, no matter what type of surgery it is."

Kelly also shows off her fantastic body -- thanks to celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins -- on the cover of Shape magazine.

The Destiny's Child band-mate also dished on working out five or six times a week and how being fit makes her feel sexy. 

"As I am getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt. So I have to manage my food cravings."

"When I want a steak, I grill some Portobello mushrooms and put a little goat cheese on them. ‘And I’ve learned to satisfy my sweet tooth by replacing Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with half a tablespoon of almond butter on half a banana."
