GLAMOUR's "Woman of the Year" Lady Gaga Arrives at ITV Studios --- Do Those Boots Come With SAFETY BELTS? [PICS]

Before the release of her highly anticipated "ARTPOP" album, pop superstar Lady Gaga was spotted arriving at ITV studios for an early morning promotional appearance in London.

The 27-year-old rocked a plaid shirt (baring legs), and black PVC boots with a baseball cap and dark sunglasses. Despite being forced to cancel a string of shows on her Burn This Way tour to undergo hip surgery in February, Gaga quickly bounced back to drop the video for her "Applause" single.


Now the singer put herself at risk by rocking the so-high stilettos on Tuesday (Oct. 29) without a care in this world. And with her rare condition and wearing boots like those, she better hope for a landing gear or safety belts! Maybe both!

 However, she never fails to disappoint fans and photographers when it comes to stepping out in the most outrageous outfits.


Meanwhile, the songstress has been named this year's "Woman of the Year" by Glamour Magazine.

 Lady Gaga however doesn't find herself beautiful, she revealed to Andy Cohen's on Bravo: “I'm not conventionally [beautiful],' she said. 'If there was some sort of mathematical equation for beauty, I don’t know if I would be the algorithm.'"
