Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Spotted Leaving A Doctor's Office With Baby North West In L.A! [PHOTOS]

After his surprised visit to Jimmy Kimmel's Live talk show, rapper Kanye West and his baby mother Kim Kardashian were photographed leaving a doctor's office for a follow-up with baby North West on Thursday morning.


Kim, who Kanye is currently campaigning to receive a star on the Hollywood "Walk of Fame," wore a casual sweater and matching pants -- once more with a monochromatic look as she stepped out of the Los Angeles hospital.






Mr. West opted for the usual jeans and t-shirt -- although he's beginning to add a little more pop of color to his wardrobe these days. Leather pants no more?.. We'll just have to wait and see.






Later in the day, Kim met up with her bestie Jonathan Cheban and sister Khloe Kardashian to do some errands and grab dinner at Steakhouse restaurant.
