Recently, rapper Kanye West and fiancee Kim Kardashian 'allegedly' had their guests sign a confidentiality agreement before attending KimYe's party inside the AT&T Park stadium in San Francisco.
YouTube founder Chad Hurley reportedly broke the agreement by filming Mr. West's proposal, which quickly went viral after he uploaded it for the masses to see.
According to TMZ, Hurley was in complete violation of the non-disclosure agreement he signed before attending the lavish proposal ceremony. The site claims that "[the] couple thinks they know who did it" which, yeah, I think I know who did it too. #Chad"
The newly-engaged couple, who filmed the proposal for a E! News special, are in talks with lawyers before moving forward in suing Hurley!
Plus, Kim, wearing Gianvito Rossi Nappa strappy heel, gray jeans and a t-shirt, was spotted out on Sunday with Kanye. The couple was photographed in a parking lot -- leaving a local Beverly Hills restaurant.
