Back in March, singer and reality star Kandi Burruss sued former "RHOA" star and friend, Kim Zolciak for not receiving her rightful portion of "Tardy for the Party" song royalties.

Burruss, who produced the hit track and filed the suit in the US District Court of Georgia (and hired Phaedra Parks as her attorney), claimed Kim "hoarded profits" and used the song without her consent while bragging about it on Twitter. Kim responded to Kandi's lawsuit saying it was a "publicity stunt" to promote her now-canceled Bravo spinoff show, "The Kandi Factory."

On Friday, an Atlanta judge ruled in Kim’s favor, agreeing that the suit was just a publicity stunt to promote the now-canceled reality series. Kim shared her thoughts on the judge’s ruling with her Twitter 744,000 followers. 

“The truth always prevails,” she wrote. “Revenge can be bitter sweet but if you sit back and watch karma it can be pure entertainment.”
