PREGNANT?! Ciara Performs At The 9th Annual Paper Magazine Nightlife Awards In New York City!

Paper Magazine covergirl, Ciara took the stage at last night's 9th annual PM nightlife awards held inside the Marquee nightclub in New York City. Check out the photos below:



The 27-year-old, who appeared on the September cover of the magazine, lit up the pregnancy rumor-mill after fans saw something that looks very much like a baby bump -- sorta hidden behind her baggy leather top -- while performing her hit single, "Body Party."





And if the rumors are true, this will be singer's first child with boyfriend and rapper Future, but definitely NOT Future's first!


 LMAO! He did what 50 cent and Bow Wow couldn't do!
