Kanye West Pays A Hefty Settlement For Assaulting A Teen Who Called Kim Kardashian A Ni--er Lover In Los Angeles

It looks like if you pick a fight with Yeezy, expect a paycheck with no questions asked!
Earlier this month, we reported that Kanye West assaulted a 18-year-old teen inside a Beverly Hills building for hurdling racial epithets at his fiancee' Kim Kardashian that even made her cried -- (calling Kanye to her defense).
"F--k you b--ch. Just trying to help. Shut up n----r lover, stupid slut," the teen allegedly shouted after the reality TV temptress scolded him for foul language directed at paparazzi, the source said.
"He threatened to hit her. He said, 'I bet I could beat you,'" the source told the Daily News, referring to the teen.
"She's tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, 'Slut! N---er lover! C--t,' you don't know if you're dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you," the source said. "She was so upset, she was crying."
The incident infuriated Kanye so much that he gave him a biblical beating inside a chiropractors Beverly Hills office.
Now, that incident has cost the 36-year-old rapper a hefty civil settlement of $250,000, because he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution.
The D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery…but TMZ reports that there’s almost no chance of that happening. First, the D.A. now has an uncooperative victim. Second, the victim’s alleged racial slurs will not sit well with the jury and there are probably lots of Kanye fans in the jury pool.
So Yeezy made the right decision by NOT going to court!
