This week, rapper Ludacris announced he's the father to a newborn -- born in December 2013 -- but only took full responsibility of the child to avoid dealing with the court system that would dig deep into his pockets with high monthly child support payments.

Apparently, Luda failed at keeping his baby mama, Tamika Fuller, out of the court room as she just filed legal docs against him after he tried to put a $1700 cap on his child support obligations.

According to TMZ:

Tamika grouses ... Luda has millions of bucks -- an impressive $80 mil between 2006 and 2012 -- and spends roughly $7,000 a month on lawn care and $5,000 a month on his pets.

So Tamika's calling BS and wants Ludacris to pay ALL of her lawyer's fees so she can afford to hire an attorney who will take him to the cleaners in court.

In Tameka's defense, it was all about the money from the start. This will teach rapper's to keep there d**k in their pants, especially if you can't afford it.
