"Keeping Up With Kardashian" reality star and Kardashian Momager, Kris Jenner, recently showed off her amazing bikini body in a black two piece in celebration of her life.
Despite her split from husband Bruce Jenner, the 58-year-old mother of five shared a racy video on herself and body via Instagram with caption, "Celebrate life," basically telling the world she too can keep up with her famous daughters.
An insider exclusively tells GWL, "Kris and Bruce are in a good place in their lives and she's happy spending time with former 'Bachelor' star Ben Flajnik," who the insider claims, "brings out the sexy side of her."
The 47-year-old Rocco revealed to People Magazine that his 6ft 1inch frame used to tip the scale at 226lbs, causing his cholesterol and blood pressure levels to go through the roof.
According to the DailyMail, in a bid to slim down and get healthy, he developed a weight-loss plan that restricted his calorie intake to 850 during weekdays and 1,200 at weekends. After 28 days he then transitioned to a Mediterranean-style diet - emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and 'good' fats to promote a healthy heart.
