Chris Brown Avoids Jail Time AGAIN, Karrueche Tran Stands By Her Man! [PHOTOS]

Karrueche Tran has taken a spot that Rihanna once held some time last year by walking hand-in-hand with Chris Brown, entering a criminal court building in downtown Los Angeles.


After a wild night of partying with Trey Songz, a few jumpoffs and tons of alcohol on Sunday (Feb. 2), the 24-year-old "Don't Judge Me" singer appeared in front of a L.A judge Monday morning for a probation hearing in the Rihanna and Washington, DC., assault cases.


TMZ reports that the judge had some questions about the D.C. assault case as well as his anger management rehab program. But Breezy was completely calm throughout the hearing and even looked healthier than usual.

 He wore Canali blazer with a navy blue Theory shirt, dark blue Nudie jeans and black Gucci shoes. Chris' girlfriend rock a long-sleeve plaid shirt, white fitted jeans and black heels.


The D.A, whose been trying to have him thrown in jail, argued, '[Chris Brown] poses an increasingly violent danger to society with his violent behavior,' but the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge shot down the D.A's request for jail time-- freeing the star on the condition he remains in rehab.

The Judge, James Brandlin, added Brown appeared to be showing progress in his anger management rehab program, allowing him to finish his three month rehab stay. Firing his manager Tina Davis was a step in the right direction!
