For past few months, Grammy-award winning actress Jennifer Hudson has been playing around with different hairstyles, and debuted a teased crop do on Instagram last month.

But it wasn't long before fans get the full effect last Sunday at the 2014 BET Honors, and even though we hope she will stick to her most recent Pixie cut, J-Hub appeared in the latest issue of V-Magazine rocking a bad ass curly-do with a bang.

And to show off the curly-do, Hudson transformed herself into a slenderized biker/rocker chick wearing bold bracelets, rings and chains (designed by Ferragamo, Chanel and Pomellato), a black Givenchy bodysuit (designed by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's favorite designer Riccardo Tisci), Jackets designed by Fleur Du Mal, and a jumpsuit by Jacob & Co.



The 32-year-old Hollywood Walk of Famer also looked polished and flawless in a Waterproof Chanel eyeliner and Chanel blush creme makeup, flaunting her edginess while posing for photographer Terry Richardson.

Also, discussing her '70s-inspired upcoming album, which features Pharrell Williams, Babyface and Timbaland, Jennifer reflected on her music career and future plans:

“Earlier in my career, I was just a soloist singing other people’s songs. Now I really want to be an artist. I want to lift the people up, have fun, create a moment. I have my own visions that I want to bring to life. People think I sit in church all day or stay at home and stare at my Oscar. It’s like I’m a nun or the president or something. I realized that people don’t really know who I am. It just feels like it’s time to take the training wheels off, you know? Let them see me.”

Just in cased you missed it, Hudson walked the red carpet in a white ensemble at the Bet Honors this past Sunday, keeping her figure svelted while showing off a little cleavage, fish net stockings, lips red like blood and a jet black hair-do... with BANGS!
