Despite her fiance Tim Witherspoon not being in town to help celebrate her 33rd birthday on Tuesday, Kelly Rowland's "Destiny's Child" band-mate Beyonce Knowles and Bey's sister Solange and cousin Angie stepped in and made the singer's night a memorable one.
