As reported on Thursday, there's was a massive brawl at Stevie J and Benzino's Sleavy & Zino bar grand opening in downtown Atlanta. But now we've learned that the incident left party-goers bloodied including stars of the show.

According to TMZ:

The cast was shooting the opening of a restaurant. Sources close to the show tell us ... the trouble began when Joseline Hernandez walked in with a girlfriend. We're told the friend instigated an argument ... and pretty soon fists were flying. 

Karlie Redd was knocked out ... several others suffered bloody cuts ... and Momma Dee also got a taste of the brawl. An insider claims Scrappy's mom and self-proclaimed Queen of the South was hit in the face with a champagne bottle.

Shay Johnson, who appears to be back with on-again-off-again boyfriend Lil Scrappy, was videoed screaming at a partygoer -- believed to be Erica Dixon -- while being hauled away by Scrappy.

Of course, the brawl was caught on VH1 cameras, that were rolling the entire time.
