Last year summer, Mandeecees Harris was released from Federal Custody in upstate New York, and fell off police records (not radar).

Even though he's not yet a free man due to his pending drug trafficking sentence, Harris or his team have been posting images of [himself] on both Instagram and Facebook sort of hinting -- more like confusing folks that he's out following a plea bargain.

Despite being locked up since January 2013, it didn't take too long for the reports to die down, while Harris' baby mother and fiance Yandy Smith continued to stay numb about the swirling reports.

Now, a recent photo of the Harlem-native/producer turned reality star popped up on Instagram over the weekend with caption, "Having a drink…ya’ll missed me?" while holding a large wine glass.
Apparently, the photo is an old pic uploaded once again by Harris' team confirmed Yandy, who has been filming a movie around NYC and overseas.

However, Smith sorta didn't deny or confirm her fiance still being behind bars.
