Stevie J is known for throwing money in the air, too bad, he wasn't throwing some of that cash into his baby mother, Carol Antoinette Bennett, pocket.

For the past few months, we have been updating you on the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star's child support lawsuit, which was filed in New York by Carol who is the mother of two of his children... and claims he hasn't paid child support in 16 years and as a result, owes her over $1 mil in back C.S payments.

According to Radar Online, representatives for Bennett at Project Child Support has now served quite a few of Stevie J -- real name Steven Jordan -- business associates —including VH1 and his wife, Joseline Hernandez, with subpoenas surrounding the case.

Bennett's rep, Sibrena Stowe Fernandez, went on to say:

"Stevie J has not made any attempt to enter into a payment plan to bring the child support current and has failed to appear in court." "All of the companies that are responsible for most of Stevie J’s current income have been served."

Fernandez also made sure to indicate that the subpoenas in NO WAY "represent any wrongdoing by any of the organizations not managed by or under the control of Mr. Jordan."
