After months of speculating the "Love & Hip Hop: NY" reality star and music producer was no longer in federal custody, Mandeecees Harris has emerged via Instagram with his fiancee' Yandy Smith by his side.

Freshly released from Yates County Jail (right outside of Rochester) with the VH1 cameras rolling, Tuesday morning a U.S. District Judge Frank Geraci Jr. agreed to release Mendeecees on a $600,000 bond, $200,000 of which Yandy agreed to pay.

Although he's not yet from cleared of his pending drug charge and reportedly has several future court dates, a source EXCLUSIVELY told us that the couple is "just happy to pick up where they left off, spending more time with each other and as a family."

Also, there's already been swirling rumors of Harris snitching to get a pass out jail.

As previously reported, Mandeecees was taken into federal custody last year after authorities seized millions of dollars in cash and jewelry from the 35-year-old reality star. Harris' alleged cohorts Tyrus Harris (his brother) and Ronald “Kellz” Walker were also arrested on drug trafficking.

Walker, who was said to have arranged for the distribution of 40 kilos of cocaine and a single kilo of heroin through New York City, pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges and money laundering last August, and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Mandeecees’ brother Tyrus pleaded guilty before Judge Geraci on Monday, and he faces a prison sentence of about five to seven years.
