Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband Joe was indicted on Tuesday by a grand jury in the Garden State, charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name.
Joe, 40, was charged by a Passaic County grand jury with one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another, authorities said.
When his license was suspended, according to officials, Giudice used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver’s license with his picture -- but his brother’s info -- at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. Come inside to read more........................
