According to TMZ, after a hit-and-run incident in Beverly Hills, California., Chris Brown is currently under investigation and facing possible charges! Last Tuesday the singer crashed his Range Rover into the back of a Mercedes Benz, but that's not where the real issue started...
There is video footage (below) showing Breezy stepping out of his car after the crash and exchanging information with the driver of the Mercedes, but it turns out that he allegedly gave the Mercedes driver false insurance information and refused to provide his driver's license number!

I guess the saying is true, big brother is always watching. According to TMZ, Soulja Boy was caught on hidden police cameras fleeing from a hit and run in his red Bentley in Hollywood. The young rapper reportedly seriously injured a motorcyclist.
After witnessing what happened the motorcyclist's friend was so infuriated that he questioned people in surrounding businesses and finally found out through a valet at Roscoe's House Of Chicken and Waffles that it belonged to Soulja Boy, who ate there often.
