Former Sesame street star and Voice of Elmo star Kevin Clash has reportedly emerge victorious in the child molestation cases filed against him, after a judge ruled that all three accusers had waited too long to file their lawsuits.
Former "voice of Elmo" star Kevin Clash is back in the news, and this time he's accused by Sheldon Stephens for having crystal meth sex parties. According Stephens, he was 16 years-old when he met Clash at a social networking function for actors. Soon after, Stephens says the two began a sexual relationship that escalated over a period of years.
"Voice of Elmo" retired star Kevin Clash has been slapped with another lawsuit by a forth accuser who claims he also had a sexual relationship with Clash while he was a minor. According to TMZ, the accuser, who filed the lawsuit in federal court in New York under the name John Doe, claims he first met Clash (in his mid 30's) in Miami Beach in 1995 or 1996 when he was around 16 or 17.
