Rihanna is definitely enjoying her downtown before heading overseas for the second led of her LOUD tour. She was spotted out yesterday (September 3) shopping at The Grove in West Hollywood, California with her little brother Rajad. The two searched for new kicks at the Nordstrom department store as well as visited some other stores.

I remember when my big sister used to take me shopping :) Cute!
